There was a time when man recognized the voice of God and humbled himself before the Almighty. Man would become alarmed by his sinful condition and realize his need for a Saviour.

Sadly, in just a few generations, man has lifted himself higher than the highest, made truth relative to his desires, and distanced himself from God – so much so that the word of God is no longer the absolute truth for him.

God spoke to Moses from a burning bush and gave him a message. What was Moses to do with his life and who was he to serve?

The mission of Burning Bush Press is similar: to honor the message and direction that we are called to live, as Moses did.

Burning Bush Press, as its namesake, is God’s personal mission for our family. We seek to develop and sharpen those who desire to be spiritually grounded in biblical doctrine while encouraging and educating fellow believers in the faith. It’s a labor of love from our homeschool family of five. It brings together the talents of a husband (an engineer, tech and outdoor enthusiast) and his wife (a published writer and homeschool mom). This synergy, along with the enthusiasm of our two boys and a little girl, makes Burning Bush Press a project worth planting.

And the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed…God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I.  Exodus 3: 2,4
